Restorative yoga is like finding your way home after a long day of hard work.  Come join yoga instructor, Lauren Nelson, who will guide you through a restorative yoga class that will take practitioners through seven chakras and introduce seven coinciding yin postures to aid practitioners toward moving more deeply into their energetic and emotional bodies. Bask in the peaceful sounds of sacred mantras and transcendental sound vibrations with live music provided by Patita Pavana of Spirit Soul And Friends.  Aroma therapy by Embyr Oils will create the perfect safe space to encourage practitioners to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect.
